Please note: Certain electronic items cannot be picked up by the City. This includes:

Cell phones

Computers

Microwaves

Printers

Radios

Telephones

Televisions

These items can be recycled at no charge to Port Hueneme Residents; just take them (with proof of residency) to:

Large Item Pick Ups

The City offers a Large Item Pick Up Service for items that are too large to fit into a regular trash container (rates vary).

Furniture et al is the responsibility of the owner or their tenant.

Large Item Pick Ups are scheduled Wednesdays and Thursdays ONLY, between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. Please call or fill out order form at least 24 hours in advance to schedule your pick up.

Large items must be placed curb-side by 7:00 am the day your pickup is scheduled (drivers are not permitted to enter property), and charges will be conveniently added to the Water/Sewer/Trash bill for the address items were picked up.
