Our Balcony Project Has Begun!

Workers are onsite, and are on the THIRD floor replacing the plywood boards.

2nd Floor:

• Monday April 20: The deck work for 2nd floor is expected to begin..Please ensure all decks are cleared by this date.

Thank you to everyone for the patience during this project! I know it is loud and creates an inconvenience for everyone. If they keep at this pace, and we continue to have good weather, we hope to be completed by end of May/Early June! (Kim)
