PORT HUENEME POLICE DEPARTMENT REACHES OUT TO SENIOR CITIZEN POPULATION The Port Hueneme Police Department has formalized a program called “Hueneme Assists Residents Together” or HART. The HART Program is designed to provide comfort to participants who may not have other resources by having someone from the Port Hueneme Police Department regularly check on their well-being in person or by phone.
