SB326 AND SSII BALCONIES

SB326, Overhanging Balcony Safety Certification - We have been engaging several different inspectors, contractors, architects and civil engineers to better understand the compliance issues stipulated by SB326. Moving forward we will:

Use of BALCONIES As the care and maintenance of our balconies is becoming a more significant issue we will be passing along the expenses to repair and maintain the balconies to the standards compliant with SB326 caused by residents' planters, pots, furniture and any other miscellaneous items deemed responsible for premature wear and damage to the balcony and coatings. We want to present the deck in its best possible condition before inviting outside inspectors to bill us for pointing out obviously needed maintenance.
